Q:  Why don’t we have any filter in our eGo-T cartridge?
A: Our cartridges have structure innovation, you can use it freely without a filter. Our eGo-T cartridge is the latest Joye tank cartridges without tissues inside.

Q:  How to refill the cartridge?
A: If you are using our dedicated e-liquid bottle, you just need plug the tip of e-liquid bottle into the hole on the bottom of the cartridge and fill e-liquid into cartridge. If the bottle you use doesn’t have a tip, maybe you can use syringe.

Q:  What is an atomizer?
A: An atomizer is the heating element in an electronic cigarette. It’s used to change liquids into vapor. It has tiny filaments similar to the filament in a light bulb. When activated the filament heats up and any liquid in the chamber is changed into vapor. This vapor can then be inhaled and exhaled like the smoke in a traditional cigarette.

Q:  Why your device leaks?
A: 1. When the liquid level goes below 10%, the remaining liquid may leak out. The reason is the tank cartridge use surface tension in its design. 2.
