Q:  How to maintain the atomizer?
A: If you experience high heat during product use, discontinue us temporarily until it cools enough to hold comfortably. If the coil in the Atomizer Head is dry, you may experience burning taste. Please ensure there is enough liquid in the Atomizer Head in order to remove the unpleasant taste.

Q:  How long does it take to charge the battery of eCab?
A: It takes approximately 120 minutes(based on a fully discharged state)

Q:  How to charge the battery?
A: To charge the battery, place it into the dedicated Joyetech charger insuring that the polarity is correct. Plug the power cord into an appropriate USB port that is designed for supplying sufficient power. Ared LED will illuminate to indicate charging. The LED will become green when charging has completed.

Q:  What’s the capacity of the eCab battery?
A: The battery of eCab is a 360MAH rechargeable battery.

Q:  Can we use other branded charger to charge the battery of eCab?
A: No, we suggest you to use our JOYETECH charger to charge the battery , otherwise this could lead to damage and malfunction

Q:  How to add liquid to the tank cartridge?
A: Insert the tip of the liquid bottle into the hole in the cap and fill. Insert the filled tank into the cone so that the plastic cap sits onto the spike of the atomizer.

Q:  Why do we get a burnt taste of eCab?
A:  1. The cartridge is filled up over 90% full, and because of some kind of mechanics, e-liquid gets in a little harder. Please keep the liquid in the right level. 2. Q:  Why your device leaks?
A: 1. When the liquid level goes below 10%, the remaining liquid may leak out. The reason is the tank cartridge use surface tension in its design. 2.
