Recently, there are some electronic cigarette manufacturer or trade-company poses as the name of our Joyetech or uses the so-called new JOYE510 to publicize products in the markets. They said that our Joyetech has developed new and improved battery, atomizer, cartridge and etc.

Besides, this company is sending emails to our distributors. They try to offer a low price to promote the so-called new JOYE510 electronic cigarette to them.

We do not express our views and opinions to this deed. What we would like to declare is that Joyetech itself does not publicize any new atomizer or technology. But it is normal to improve the technology and quality of products by us, which is basic and necessary for us to live and offer good service to customers. There is no need to advocate it in public as a means to win favor by ostentation. Our Joyetech is developing new products constantly, too. But before throw them into market, Joyetech will not do any propaganda or promotion.
